All ManForceX orders are processed at our United States fulfillment center, typically within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment by:
Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, peak shopping seasons, or operational issues are outside our control. If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window, please first check with the carrier. Our support team will assist where possible but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it:
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We recommend using a secure delivery location or carrier hold-for-pickup option for high-value orders.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be reshipped at no charge. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
If your order arrives damaged:
Occasionally, an order may be split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
If you need to change an order after placement (quantity, bundle size, shipping address):
During major sales events, holidays, or promotional periods, shipping times may extend by 1-3 additional business days due to increased order volume. We will provide updated estimates at checkout when this occurs.
